1. Eligibility for Returns

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the Blanc Industrial cloud-based manufacturing portal.
• "User" means any individual or entity that registers an account to access our manufacturing services.
• "Specifications" means the technical data, CAD files, and material requirements provided by the User for production.
• "Intellectual Property" includes all patents, designs, trademarks, and trade secrets related to the hardware and software provided by Blanc.

2. Refund Process

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Blanc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate security protocols. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Shipping Costs

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Blanc and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Blanc.

4. Defective Products

Users are prohibited from using the platform for the manufacturing of prohibited items, including but not limited to unlicensed firearms, restricted military hardware, or counterfeit products. Blanc utilizes automated scanning technology to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Any violation of usage terms may result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant legal authorities.

5. Warranty Claims

In no event shall Blanc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
